The service is characterized by friendly staff who are always available to assist. The dining options vary in quality, with some being limited. Overall, a good choice for those seeking a seaside retreat.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were small and pokey, but with a good view. They looked quite old and definitely need a revamp. The service was a rollercoaster, with some rude and unfriendly encounters, while others were delightful, upgrading us to a room with a fantastic sea view. The location was convenient overall, close to the beach and within walking distance of everything in Biarritz. The dining experience left much to be desired, sparse with limited options, although the juicy burgers were a saving grace.

I stayed at this hotel and found it to be a mixed experience. The rooms, though in need of a refurbishment, were spacious and comfortable with a large terrace, but the plastic place mats were a downside. The service ranged from indifferent to outstanding, from unhelpful attitudes towards children to fantastic cocktails made by the barman. The location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk from town and restaurants, with a sizable balcony offering amazing views, although the presence of a smoking area with large cigars somewhat spoiled the atmosphere. The dining was a highlight with a great choice of high-quality food items despite being a bit pricey. Overall, my stay had its ups and downs, making it a somewhat memorable stay.
